Registration and Membership:

Completion of the simple Registration and Authorization form enables prompt fulfillment of the member’s instructions at the time of death.   A membership card is issued and a permanent file is maintained at the Service Office.   This fee defrays the cost of setting up and maintaining your records.   It is not refundable.

Single Membership:                                         $   30.00

Simple Direct Cremation:

*This package includes Services of Funeral Director and Staff, Transportation from place of death and to the crematory, and the crematory committal.

These services include limited preparation of the deceased for cremation, arrangement conference, obtaining and filing of required legal documentation, and twenty-four hour availability.   It also includes the maintenance of lifetime records, salaries, taxes, insurance, advertising, telephone, legal and accounting, and other overhead expenses.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       $ 540.00
